What Sake Buddha is about?
Well I would say I am a sake enthusiast. I developed my love for sake while being stationed in Japan with the U.S. Navy. I recently acquired a WSET Level 1 Sake certification and plan on adding to those certifications. I am also a beginner on my sake journey. So if you are also a beginner hopefully this is a web page you can relate to and maybe it can even inspire you to take your own sake journey.
This page is still in its early stages. My ultimate goal is build this page up to include things like sake basics (What is sake?, What is it made from?, What are the types of sake?, etc). I also want to include a blog about my sake experiences and share my progress on my goal to obtain different sake certifications. I would also like to include links to other sake pages, blogs, and podcasts. Another goal is add a section that covers various sake events happening near me and around the world.
The most most important goal I believe is still spreading the love for sake and creating a community that welcomes all people who enjoy sake. Since I believe in starting a community and if you think you have something to offer contact me. I am more than willing to add contributors.
