This section is dedicated to the sake I am currently drinking.  In the future I plan to add some tasting notes and possibly a rating.

The Koro Junmai Hiyaoroshi was released in the fall of 2023.  Hiyaoroshi sakes are typically brewed suring the winter months and left to to mature over the summer and are realesed in the fall. (Usually around September.)  

This sake despite it's low SMV is not sweet.  It is earthy. This sake is recommended to be served room temperature or warm.
